The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, and crockery for light cooking. There is a stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster, there is also a breakfast nook. The home is equipped with a full size washing machine and a dryer. The private pool area is equipped with patio furniture for outside dining.
